Welcome to Paws & Pastures. By using our website, requesting services, or entering into a service relationship with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About Our Services

Paws & Pastures, LLC provides dog daycare and boarding services in Wasilla, Alaska. All services are subject to availability, licensing limits, and the successful completion of a behavior assessment. We are currently operating at full membership capacity and maintain a waitlist for future openings.

2. Service Agreement Required

Before any dog may attend daycare or boarding, the Owner must sign our full Services Agreement & Release of Liability. These Terms of Service provide a general overview. The signed Services Agreement controls the legal relationship between you and Paws & Pastures.

3. Behavior Assessment

All dogs must pass a behavior evaluation before attending group play or services. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a dog does not meet our behavioral or safety standards, at our sole discretion.

4. Memberships and Availability

Memberships are limited by our licensed capacity. When a membership spot becomes available, we contact clients on the active waitlist. A successful behavior assessment is required before a formal membership offer is extended.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are listed on our website and may change from time to time. Payment is due as outlined in the Services Agreement. All fees are generally non-refundable, subject to the cancellation terms in the Services Agreement.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation terms are detailed in the Services Agreement. In general, cancellations made before 7:00 p.m. the day prior may receive credit toward future services. Late cancellations or no-shows typically receive no credit or refund.

7. Health and Vaccination Requirements

All dogs must be current on required vaccinations (including Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella) and free of fleas and ticks. Owners must disclose any known health or behavioral issues.

8. Photos and Videos

Photos and videos of dogs may be taken while in our care. Use of these images is governed by the Photo and Video Release in the Services Agreement. By signing the Services Agreement, Owners grant Paws & Pastures permission to use such images for website, social media, and marketing purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dog daycare and boarding involve inherent risks. While we take reasonable care, Paws & Pastures is not liable for injury, illness, or loss except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, as more fully described in the Services Agreement.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for any dog that does not meet our health, temperament, or safety standards.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any related agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Venue for any disputes shall be in Palmer, Alaska.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
